The four remaining finishers will have their art displayed in Smith's Washington, D.C., Grand Island, Scottsbluff, and Nebraska City offices.\n\n\u201cEvery year, I am amazed by the level of talent displayed across Nebraska\u2019s Third District during the Congressional Art Competition.
