However, for these small enterprises to thrive, minority business owners need to have access to resources and capital,\u201d Congressman Al Green said. \u201cThis is why I introduced the Minority Business Resiliency Act, which was codified into law through President Biden\u2019s Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.
