Now, under the guise of updating the Voting Rights Act, they are pushing H.R. 4 \u2013 another unprecedented power grab that would trample on states\u2019 rights. The Constitution grants states the primary role over administering elections, not federal bureaucrats and the courts.\n\n\u201cFurther, this bill would give the Biden Administration the ability to veto states\u2019 voter ID requirements and make it easier for partisan groups to sue states over commonsense measures to safeguard elections.
