Specifically, he highlighted bipartisan legislation that he is co-leading, the Literacy in Future Technologies (LIFT) Artificial Intelligence Act, which would improve artificial intelligence literacy for K-12.\n\n\u201cIf we\u2019re to harness the power of artificial intelligence for good, then we have to teach students \u2014 even young students \u2014 how to effectively and responsibly use it,\u201d said Congressman Gabe Amo. \u201cYou shouldn\u2019t have to wait until college or your first job to learn about artificial intelligence. In fact, delaying this digital education can prevent you from entering those spaces in the first place.
