Australia, Japan, and India are committed. We need to make sure that Communist China understands there is going to be a whole lot more pain than benefit for moving against Taiwan.\u201d\n\nIn another effort to support Taiwan, Scott\u2019s amendment to invite Taiwan\u2019s Navy to Participate in RIMPAC 2024, the world\u2019s largest maritime warfare exercise, was adopted into the Fiscal Year 2023 National Defense Authorization Act (NDAA).
