The award is presented to the top 20 members of Congress who have demonstrated through their actions, the leadership critical to advancing policies that support America\u2019s free enterprise system. Rep. Bacon was the highest-ranked Republican in the House with a score of 100 percent.\n\n\u201cDuring my time in Congress, I\u2019ve made it a priority of mine to work across party lines and find bipartisan, common-sense solutions to our country\u2019s biggest issues,\u201d said Rep.
