Don Bacon (NE-02) today released the following statement after voting against H. Res. 789, Censuring and Committee Removal of Representative Paul Gosar:\n\n\u201cGoing back to 1789, the majority in the House has never kicked members of the minority off of committees\u2014and Speaker Pelosi has made history by doing it four times this year.
