Balderson and McCarthy toured Encino Energy's Sanor Farms well pad facility, seeing firsthand how natural gas production is booming in Ohio. Congressmen Bill Johnson (R-OH), Dave Joyce (R-OH), and Max Miller (R-OH) were also in attendance.\n\nThe event showcased the critical role Ohio plays in the growing need for robust natural gas production as McCarthy and Balderson push for American energy independence.\n\nThis Congress, through the passage of H.R. 1 and the Fiscal Responsibility Act, House Republicans have prioritized American energy independence. By increasing domestic production and streamlining the lengthy, complex permitting process, the United States will no longer need to depend on foreign nations for energy, and more jobs will be created here at home.\n\nBalderson briefly addressed the crowd of natural gas workers in attendance.\n\n\u201cThank you to all of you that do this,\u201d said Balderson. \u201cWe are proud of you, and we are forever grateful for what you do for this great country.
