Three transgender adolescents, their families, and a medical provider challenged a Tennessee law banning gender-affirming hormone therapies for transgender people under 18. The Court\u2019s decision allows the Tennessee law to remain in effect.\n\n\u201cEvery parent wants to keep their child healthy. Parents and trans young people have the right to make private health care decisions with their doctors. Today\u2019s ruling allowing Tennessee politicians to interfere in private health care decisions is not only draconian, it's dangerous and hateful,\u201d said Rep.
