The PACT Act ensures that veterans who suffered from toxic exposure due to their military service have access to the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) benefits and healthcare. Currently, many veterans who suffered from burn pit or other toxic exposures in recent wars in Iraq and Afghanistan are not eligible for VA benefits.\n\n\u201cPassing the PACT Act is a huge win for veterans. For years, I\u2019ve advocated for extending VA benefits to veterans impacted by toxic exposure stemming from their military service.
