Kentuckians in these counties are eligible for PA under the FEMA designation: Bullitt, Butler, Clinton, Cumberland, Garrard, Grayson, Green, Hardin, Henderson, Jackson, Jessamine, Madison, Meade, Mercer, Metcalfe, Ohio, Owsley, Rockcastle, Spencer, and Wayne.\n\nCongressman Barr led the Kentucky Congressional Delegation in urging an approval of the FEMA request from Kentucky earlier this year in a letter to the President.\n\n\u201cI just informed Andy Barr that I am approving 9.1 Million Dollars for severe storms, winds, flooding, landslides, and mudslides, that they are recovering from.
