Emergency and essential workers include but not limited to first responders, emergency personnel, emergency support personnel, essential government personnel, and health care professionals. Many of these workers under normal circumstances would not be eligible for assistance. The program is called Childcare Crisis Assistance in Isolation Response Plan (CCAIR).
