Rep. Bice, a member of the Pro-Life Caucus, voted against the bill.\n\n\u201cToday I voted against H.R. 3755, the Women\u2019s Health Protection Act. I cannot, in good conscience, support legislation that would allow an abortion up until birth. This bill eliminates all current state and federal laws related to abortion and, going forward, would ban states from passing commonsense pro-life laws.
