The department is threatening to withhold funding for school meal programs unless local schools indoctrinate children about radical gender identity programs.\n\n\u201cIn an effort to appease the Left\u2019s woke gender agenda, the USDA is now attempting to hold American schools hostage,\u201d said Congressman Andy Biggs. \u201cUSDA\u2019s definition changes of \u2018sex discrimination\u2019 would only harm American students. The department is coercing American schools to adopt the Biden Administration\u2019s radical gender equality platform or else it will strip student benefits from these schools.\n\n\u201cThis expanded definition is unacceptable and does not have legal standing.
