The resolution calls for all communications or coordination between the Department of Homeland Security, the Executive Office of the President, and social media companies regarding misinformation, disinformation, and mal-information or the Disinformation Governance Board.\n\n\u201cSince President Biden\u2019s Disinformation Governance Board mirrored George Orwell\u2019s 1984 society, it\u2019s imperative to find out its intentions and how it came to fruition,\u201d said Congressman Andy Biggs. \u201cMy resolution could have helped provide answers to the American public who rightfully rejected the Biden Administration\u2019s attempt to label all information critical of the Administration and its policies as misinformation.\n\n\u201cIt\u2019s appalling to see Democrats on the committee reject my effort to investigate this board.
