The pair of illegal aliens were then allowed to post bail and were subsequently released from federal prison, despite the threat they pose and the fact that one of the individuals, Hasan Yousef Hamdan, was reportedly flagged on the terror watch list.

Congressman Biggs demands answers from U.S. Attorney Aber regarding the reasoning behind the release of the illegal aliens.

“The actions of this administration prove that it values the desires of illegal aliens over the safety of American citizens,” said Congressman Biggs.

“It is unthinkable that illegal aliens who attempted to gain access to a secure U.S. military facility would be released on bail, but the radical Biden-Harris regime has once again disregarded existing immigration law in favor of the comfort of foreign nationals.

“Illegal aliens–especially those who commit further crimes and who are being monitored for terrorism ties–must be detained and held accountable. I’m thankful for the support from my colleagues, and I look forward to timely answers from U.S. Attorney Aber.”

Cosigners of the letter are: Rep. Chip Roy (R-TX), Rep.
