Chairman Nadler has ignored multiple previous requests to have Secretary Mayorkas testify before the House Judiciary Committee.\n\n\u201cOnly a federal bureaucrat would give himself an \u2018A for effort\u2019 for creating one of the worst border crises our country has ever seen. If Chair Nadler agrees with the Secretary\u2019s self-assessment, then he should be eager to help the Secretary to defend his grade.\u201d said Congressman Andy Biggs. \u201cBut if he refuses to invite Secretary Mayorkas to testify, Chair Nadler will be acknowledging that Secretary Mayorkas\u2019s record is indefensible.
