WIIN passed with strong bipartisan support, with 360 yes votes and 61 no votes.\r\r\u201cThe successful passage of WIIN that includes our Cedar Rapids amendment is another positive step in our ongoing work to encourage the Administration to prioritize the Cedar Rapids flood protection project,\u201d said Congressman Blum. \u201cWith two major floods in just 8 years, it is clear that this project is vital to protecting the Cedar Rapids community and I hope the Administration acts quickly to fund the project that Congress has now approved twice.\u201d\r\rVideo: Rep.
