From Tobyhanna Army Depot to the Scranton Army Ammunition Plant, this bill reinforces our national defense and our steadfast dedication to peace through strength.\u201d\n\nThe NDAA fully authorizes more than $900 billion in national defense spending and codifies several key national security executive orders signed by President Trump.
