This legislation will specifically benefit farmers and rural communities in the Fourth Congressional District by funding vital maintenance and improvements of the nation\u2019s ports and inland waterways. It also revises policies regarding water storage delivery. For farmers in the Fourth Congressional District, this infrastructure development will improve access to water and will assist in transporting crops to the appropriate markets.\u00a0\n\u201cWe must invest wisely and frugally in America\u2019s infrastructure, which is why I voted for the WRDA Act,\u201d stated Congressman Ken Buck (CO-04). \u201cGrowing a bushel of Colorado corn doesn\u2019t do anyone much good if you can\u2019t get that corn to the right market.\u201d\nAdditional investments in drinking and wastewater infrastructure will ensure that urban and rural communities have access to the water they need.
