By preventing lawsuits from being filed months or even years after a project has already begun, the reform brings much-needed certainty to builders, local governments, energy producers, and agriculture.\n\n\u201cFor too long, environmental activists have weaponized the courts to delay critical projects and drive up costs for our communities,\u201d said Rep.
