It further alleges that Comey made a false statement when he testified that he did not authorize someone at the FBI to serve as an anonymous source\u2014an assertion the indictment states was untrue.\n\nComey is expected to surrender on Friday, September 26, with an arraignment scheduled for 10:00 a.m. on October 9 in Courtroom 600 of the U.S. District Court in Alexandria, before Judge Michael S.
