Instead of bringing the Senate's clean spending bill to a vote, lame duck House Republicans conspired with the President to add $5.7 billion in wasteful spending for an ineffective border wall leading us straight toward a partial government shutdown.\r\nThe President's senseless border wall is nothing more than an archaic solution to a 21st century problem and fails to meet our security needs at the border.
