This amendment is expected to be considered in the House Committee on Rules, which is scheduled to begin at 1:00 a.m. Wednesday morning.\n\n\u201cIf the GOP wants to continue insisting that their bill won\u2019t hurt Medicaid, then they can prove it in the bill itself, not just with words.
