Congressman Carson also joined the Indiana Congressional delegation in a letter of support for the state\u2019s application.\n\nToday, Congressman Carson made the following statement:\n\n\u201cPresident Biden signed the bipartisan CHIPS and Science Act into law just last year, but it has already paid dividends to the Hoosier state. Heartland BioWorks marks Indiana\u2019s third tech hub designation in a year, and I was proud to support this application with my Indiana colleagues from both sides of the aisle.\n\n\u201cThis Tech Hub will spur economic growth by creating good-paying, union jobs and empower our state to be a global leader in the industries of the future.
