Don\u2019t miss your chance to enroll on healthcare.gov!\u201d As of December 2, over 3.6 million Americans\u2014including 58,255 Hoosiers\u2014had signed up for coverage on healthcare.gov this enrollment period, including over one million new shoppers. For Hoosiers still looking to enroll, free, local help is available at localhelp.healthcare.gov, or by calling 800-318-2598. Friday\u2019s deadline applies to everyone, including returning shoppers. Nearly all Americans are required by law to have health insurance. \u201cMake sure to tell your friends, neighbors, family members, and colleagues that now is the time to sign up,\u201d Carson reminded Hoosiers. \u201cAffordable insurance is likely just a click or a call away.\u201d Additional information to remember:  \n\t\u00a0\n Affordable plans are available for the vast majority of Americans. Last year, 8 in 10 people qualified for financial help, putting premiums between $50 and $100 per month for most people.\n\tReturning shoppers should come back to healthcare.gov to check their options and update their information.
