Award eligibility is based on key votes, bill sponsorship and advocacy to advance the industry\u2019s priorities. Earlier this year, the Lugar Center and McCourt School of Public Policy at Georgetown University Bipartisan Index ranked Congressman Ciscomani as the most bipartisan member of Arizona's Congressional House delegation.\n\nRetail is the nation\u2019s largest private-sector employer, driving the U.S. economy and creating jobs in communities throughout the country.
