Our bill makes that inclusion and prioritizes funding for Army Corps projects within a disaster zone. Clearing and restoring our waterways is a necessity after a major storm. We saw that firsthand in Southwest Louisiana after Hurricanes Laura and Delta. Our legislation will streamline funding for water management projects and help our communities recover after a major disaster.\u201d", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-08T02:59:24Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://clayhiggins.house.gov/2022/08/25/higgins-introduces-legislation-prioritize-army-corps-projects-following/"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.224455889314413, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
