The reimbursement is made at a 90% federal cost-share and authorized under Section 407 of the Robert T. Stafford Act.\n\n$16,024,018.21 to the Louisiana Department of Agriculture and Forestry for emergency protective measures in response to Hurricane Laura. The reimbursement is made at a 100% federal cost-share and authorized under Section 403 of the Robert T.
