The new Cameron ferry boat will provide continued access across the Calcasieu Ship Channel. The Plaquemines ferry boat will provide continued access across the Mississippi River between Highway 23 and Highway 39 at Pointe \u00e0 la Hache and between Belle Chasse and Scarsdale.\n\nThe funding is provided through the Multimodal Projects Discretionary Grant (MPDG) Rural program, which is authorized through the Infrastructure Investment and Jobs Act.", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-08T03:32:05Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://clayhiggins.house.gov/2022/12/21/higgins-announces-grant-funding-new-cameron-ferry/"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 0.9601791389286518, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
