The project is set to improve safety, accessibility, and economic opportunity along one of the city\u2019s most vital corridors. Congressman Cleaver helped secure $4.6 million in federal Community Project Funding to support the multi-phase initiative, which includes roadway resurfacing, new sidewalks, lane expansion, ADA-compliant intersections, a multi-use path, and beautification enhancements designed to attract new investment and strengthen local businesses.\n\n\u201cThis is more than a groundbreaking \u2013 it\u2019s a gamechanger,\u201d said Congressman Cleaver. \u201cRevitalizing Blue Ridge Boulevard means safer roads, stronger local businesses, and a brighter future for Grandview and south Kansas City.
