Clyburn announced today that the Children\u2019s Trust Fund of South Carolina will be receiving more than $8 million from the Department of Health and Human Services for maternal and child health services. This grant comes after a $6 million grant announcement in September to the Children\u2019s Trust Fund for similar services.\n\nThe grants being awarded to the Children\u2019s Trust Fund are part of the Affordable Care Act and will assist in a maternal, infant and early childhood home visiting program.
