In addition to bolstering Israel’s defense capabilities, House Republicans’ supplemental aid package strengthens our own national security by replenishing our domestic defense stockpiles. Thankfully, under Speaker Johnson’s leadership, this legislation is also fully offset by rescissions from bloated IRS funding in President Biden’s severely misguided Inflation ‘Expansion’ Act — providing a commonsense solution to support our ally in its time of need without placing an additional financial burden on American taxpayers. I proudly voted for this necessary and fiscally responsible supplemental aid bill, and I remain committed to fortifying both the U.S. and Israel’s national security amidst increasing threats from our adversaries across the globe.”

Prior to the vote, Rep.
