A copy of Congressman Cohen\u2019s letter can be found here.\n\u201cIf true, these reports are deeply concerning,\u201d said Congressman Cohen in his letter. \u201cNo one should spend one additional minute, let alone days, in jail when, under law, they are supposed to be free. As the Memphis Commercial Appeal so aptly put it, justice delayed is justice denied.
