The grant is being matched with $429,469 from other supporters.\n\nCongressman Cohen made the following statement:\n\n\u201cOur Memphis riverfront is becoming a showcase attraction and a highlight for visitors. The new Brooks on the bluff will contribute to that in a significant manner. The Brooks has been a cultural attraction in Memphis for generations.
