A second grant, for $968,892, will support the Sexual Assault Services Formula Program supporting rape crisis centers that provide services to victims of sexual assault.\n\nCongressman Cohen made the following statement:\n\n\u201cThis critical funding addresses both the effective investigation and prosecution of sexual assault and assists victims of this trauma.
