My friend Hazel Moore, known by many as \u201cthe Mayor of Whitehaven,\u201d puts on this back-to-school fair every year to give out school supplies to students, conduct health screenings and provide other information students might need to start a new school year.  Celebrating the Grand Opening of the Institute of Cosmetology, Inc. and Joy Divine Boutique\nOn Saturday, I attended the grand opening of the Institute of Cosmetology, Inc. and Joy Divine Boutique. I would like to congratulate my friend Dr. Roosevelt Joyner for opening the institute and boutique, and I encourage Memphians to come out to these institutions. West II.\u00a0\nEarly Voting Ends July 30\nEarly voting ends in Shelby County for the August 4th Federal and State Primaries and County General Election on July 30. Polls are open today until 7PM and Saturday from 10AM to 4PM.
