Missed and delayed deliveries, empty shelves, and bare warehouses, all of which are leaving communities hungry, have become commonplace as a result of the decisions made by the USDA. Yet, the Department has neglected to implement a permanent fix or establish a timeline for effective operations to resume,\u201d said Congressman Cole. \u201cThis is unacceptable.
