Cole supported the legislation.\n\n\u201cAggression against the United States and our friends and allies has increased in recent years,\u201d said Cole. \u201c And over the last few weeks we have watched in horror as the evil terrorist organization Hamas has brutally slaughtered innocent Israeli civilians, and other Iranian-backed proxies have attacked bystanders across the region. This critical security supplemental to Israel not only replenishes American defense stockpiles but enhances Iron Dome and other Israeli defense systems while expanding safety and readiness for U.S. personnel and citizens serving in the area. I stand firmly with Israel and its right to defend itself in full force against terror.
