The Congressional App Challenge will help students in our community improve their programming and computer science skills and give them the ability to interact with high-tech employers in a variety of technological fields -- increasing the job prospects of our students and helping build on our 21st Century economy.\nThe Congressional App Challenge began November 9th, 2015 and runs through January 15th, 2016, challenging high school students to design and create an original app for submission. Eligible high school students in Virginias 10th Congressional District may enter this Challenge as individuals or groups of not more than four students and will be judged by a panel chosen by the Office of Congresswoman Barbara Comstock. The submitted app can be on any topic, provided it is original, appropriate, and has been made within a year of January 16th, 2016.
