Ryan Costello, R-6th, of West Chester met with representatives of eight groups at the Chester County Community Foundations Lincoln Building in the borough to discuss the future of the Land and Water Conservation Fund (LWCF).\nAccording to a press release from Costellos office, the LWCF was first authorized by Congress in 1965 and has been authorized twice for 25 years each time; the last authorization came in 1990.
