Ryan Costello (PA-06), a member of the Congressional STEM Caucus and Co-Chair of the 21st Century Skills Caucus, reminded students of the approaching November 2, 2016 deadline for submissions for the 2016 Congressional App Challenge.\nIn August, Rep. Costello announced his office was participating in the challenge.\nLast year\u2019s winners, a team of seniors from Wyomissing Area High School, will be participating in this year\u2019s challenge as judges. Team Watt met with Rep. Costello earlier this year to show him their app, Watt, which encourages users to reduce energy consumption and increase environmental awareness.\nFull details of the Challenge are listed below:\nStudents who want to participate will need to develop a software app no later than November 2, 2016, to be judged by a panel of computer science professionals and congressional representatives.\u00a0 In addition to being recognized by Rep.
