Craig\u2019s bipartisan bill would limit price increases on stamps until USPS achieves at least a 95% on-time delivery rate for periodicals, as highlighted in their own plan, or an improvement of at least 2 percentage points.\n\nRep. Craig\u2019s bill would also require USPS to report annually to the U.S. Postal Regulatory Commission on its progress \u2013 including on-time delivery data for newspapers in its periodical service performance measurement.\n\n\u201cTimely newspaper delivery service is vital to ensuring our rural communities can stay informed. This bill will help ensure just that while forcing USPS to justify their price increases through improved mail delivery,\u201d said Rep. Craig.\n\nThis bill is part of Rep. Craig\u2019s push to improve mail delivery in the South Metro.\n\nMost recently, Rep.
