Bored St., Globe, AZ 85501. They are available Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. MST and are available to help with the application process or answer questions. To schedule an in-person appointment in advance, please click here.\n\nThrough this declaration, the SBA is offering Business Physical Disaster Loans, Home and Personal Property Loans, and Economic Injury Disaster Loans.\n\nThe Arizona counties of Coconino, Gila, Graham, Maricopa, Navajo, Pinal, and Yavapai are included.\n\nTo apply online for loans offered by the SBA, please click here, call the SBA\u2019s Customer Service Center at (800) 659-2955, or email disastercustomerservice@sba.gov. The deadline to return physical damage applications is December 9, 2025, and the deadline to return economic injury applications is July 10, 2026.\n\nIf you or someone you know was impacted by the recent floods, please see the following information released by the SBA regarding available loans.\n\nPhysical Disaster Loans:\n\nBusinesses and nonprofits are eligible to apply for business physical disaster loans and may borrow up to $2 million to repair or replace disaster-damaged or destroyed real estate, machinery and equipment, inventory, and other business assets.\n\nHome and Personal Property Loans:\n\nHomeowners and renters are eligible to apply for home and personal property loans and may borrow up to $100,000 to replace or repair personal property, such as clothing, furniture, cars, and appliances.\n\nHomeowners may apply for up to $500,000 to replace or repair their primary residence.\n\nApplicants may be eligible for a loan increase of up to 20% of their physical damage, as verified by the SBA, for mitigation purposes.\n\nEligible mitigation improvements include insulating pipes, walls and attics, weather stripping doors and windows, and installing storm windows to help protect property and occupants from future disasters.\n\nEconomic Injury Disaster Loans:\n\nThe SBA\u2019s Economic Injury Disaster Loan (EIDL) program is available to eligible small businesses, small agricultural cooperatives, nurseries and private nonprofit (PNP) organizations including faith-based organizations impacted by financial losses directly related to this disaster.\n\nThe SBA is unable to provide disaster loans to agricultural producers, farmers, or ranchers, except for aquaculture enterprises.\n\nEIDLs are for working capital needs caused by the disaster and are available even if the business or PNP did not suffer any physical damage.\n\nThey may be used to pay fixed debts, payroll, accounts payable, and other bills not paid due to the disaster.", 1, "2026-03-30T01:40:41Z", "2026-04-06T19:32:54Z"]], "columns": ["url", "title", "date", "year", "month", "party", "chamber", "state", "member_name", "bioguide_id", "domain", "scraper", "source", "date_source", "text", "has_text", "collected_at", "updated_at"], "primary_keys": ["url"], "primary_key_values": ["https://crane.house.gov/2025/10/28/reminder-sba-representatives-available-for-in-person-meetings-in-gila-county/"], "units": {}, "query_ms": 1.5145328361541033, "source": "dwillis/congress-press", "source_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press", "license": "MIT", "license_url": "https://github.com/dwillis/congress-press/blob/main/LICENSE"}
