The funding is part of the 15 community projects Crowrequested and secured through the FY24 appropriations process.\n\n\u201cThis funding provides critical services to underserved members of our community and expands STEM opportunities for students interested in space, helping them envision future career paths,\u201d said Congressman Crow. \u201cThank you to the Colorado Economic Defense Project for expanding and providing essential eviction and homelessness prevention services, resources, and staff to underserved areas, and to the BGCMD for continuously finding ways to expand educational opportunities for the over 4,000 youth from Aurora you serve annually.\u201d\n\nColorado Economic Defense Project \u201cJust Bus\u201d\n\nThe Colorado Economic Defense Project will use the Crow-secured $840,000 for the purchase of a \u201cJust Bus\u201d which would provide a mobile office to provide integrated, supportive eviction and homelessness prevention services to clients in various parts of the district.\n\nImage\n\nRep.
