Davis said, \u201cBased upon these lower estimates, we can move forward and Build Back Better for all Americans \u2013 especially for people who need help and need help now. The estimates include:\n\nThe cost elements came in lower than the White House estimates \u2013 in the ballpark of $50bn lower cost.\n\nThe savings from the prescription drug reforms came in $50bn higher \u2013 at $300bn compared to the White House\u2019s estimate of $250bn.\n\nThat means that the bill will be more than fully paid for.\n\nAs long understood, CBO\u2019s numbers on tax enforcement are lower than the Treasury\u2019s estimates.
