The budget includes 10 projects, totaling $7,012,350, that the office of Rep. Dean advocated for inclusion in the budget.\n\nThe Fiscal Year 2021 Budget Language includes funding for the following 10 projects:\n\n$3 Million: Montgomery County Housing Authority \u2014 High Priority Needs projects\n\n$1.35 Million: Colebrookdale Railroad Preservation Trust \u2014 Boyertown Yard Downtown Improvements\n\n$460K: Borough of Hatboro \u2014 Memorial Park ADA/Accessible Upgrade Project\n\n$450K: Pottstown\u2019s TriCounty Community Network \u2014 Support Our Own Project\n\n$400K: JEVS Human Services \u2014 The Choice is Yours Program\n\n$332K: SEPTA \u2014 Schuylkill River Trail \u2014 Norristown Transportation Center\n\n$300K: Greater Philadelphia YMCA \u2014 New Early Learning Center\n\n$270K: Hedwig House \u2014 Psychiatric Rehabilitation Education Program (PREP)\n\n$250K: Holy Redeemer Health \u2014 Neonatal Abstinence Syndrome (NAS) Care\n\n$200K: Norristown Area High School \u2014 Library Transformation Project\n\n\u201cI am delighted to have these projects included in our annual budget,\u201d Rep. Dean said. \u201cThis process was an opportunity for our office to advocate for funding for community-based projects that address our district\u2019s most pressing needs.\u201d\n\nThe budget bill for all Community Projects can be found here. The inclusion of this funding in the Appropriations Committee draft bill is the first step in the funding process. Rep. Dean will continue to fight for this funding as the bill moves to the House Floor and negotiations with the Senate.\n\nRep.
