The Challenge is intended to highlight the value of computer science and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) education.\n\nThe Congressional App Challenge is open to all middle and high school students in North Carolina\u2019s 1st Congressional District. Students entering the competition must submit their app to CongressionalAppChallenge.us during the competition submission period through October 24, 2024.\n\nThe winner from the 1st Congressional District, chosen by a panel of expert judges, will be featured on CongressionalAppChallenge.us.
