Downing has submitted 11 total CPF requests for consideration in the fiscal year (FY) 2026 appropriations process.\n\n\"Montanans, not Washington bureaucrats, know best when it comes to addressing the needs of our communities,\u201d said Congressman Downing. \u201cThese funding requests hold the promise to update infrastructure, keep our streets safe, and drive economic development. Each request is subject to the approval of the House Appropriations Committee.
