The first event for the month will be held in Washington County and the second will be held in Benton County.\nLast year, Congressman Emmer held a town hall in every county within his district in order to remain accountable, transparent and accessible \u2013 and this year will be no different. \n\u201cMy role as a Representative is to listen to and serve the fine people of Minnesota\u2019s Sixth District, so it is imperative that I hear their questions and concerns directly,\u201d said Emmer. \u201cThat is why I place such a high importance on town halls \u2013 there is no better way to hear from the people.
